How can I order timber and fabric swatches?
We offer complimentary material swatch boxes containing sample finishes of our FSC-certified solid hardwoods, natural linens, and woven upholstery. You may request samples via the inquiry form above or by emailing concierge@noxelx.com.
Do you accommodate custom dimensions and bespoke commissions?
Yes. Many of our core tables, credenzas, and shelving systems can be adapted to specific residential or commercial spatial requirements. Contact trade@noxelx.com with your floor plans and dimension specifications.
How is white-glove freight delivery scheduled?
Once your piece is finished and reaches your regional hub, our white-glove logistics team will contact you to schedule a convenient appointment window. Delivery includes placement in your room of choice, complete unboxing, inspection, and debris removal.
